Rabbi Monte Sugarman officiated at our wedding and we and all of our guests found him to be warm, witty, and understanding. We wanted many of the aspects of our wedding to be unconventional, both in the ceremony and because of the Jewish / Agnostic nature of our philosophies.
Rabbi Sugarman carefully led us through many options for the ceremony, so it could be tasteful yet totally unique. He was flexible without sacrificing the integrity of his beliefs. I would recommend him to anyone, but especially to someone whose wedding may be contrary to the usual customs.
